When will the Customer Care Team respond to my request?
Our Customer Care Team aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. During peak seasons, festive periods, or sale events, response times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and assure you that every request is attended to with care and priority.

Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping rates?
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, shipping charges vary based on the destination, package weight, and delivery method. The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and shown during checkout or shared by our team before order confirmation.
Are there any duties and taxes applicable?
For orders within India, all applicable taxes are included in the product price displayed on our website.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may be levied by the destination country. Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Can I collect my online order from the Alankrit Weaves Store?
Yes, you may choose to collect your online order directly from the Alankrit Weaves store, subject to product availability and order confirmation. Once your order is ready for pickup, our team will notify you with the collection details.
Please carry a valid ID and your order confirmation when visiting the store. If you would like to arrange store pickup, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Team before placing or immediately after placing your order.
Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
Currently, each order can be shipped to one delivery address only. If you would like products delivered to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each shipping destination.
If you need assistance with bulk purchases, gifting, or multiple deliveries, our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you with the process.
What if I am not available when the order is delivered?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our shipping partner will usually make additional delivery attempts or contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, customized, stitched, or specially made for you, it may not be eligible for cancellation. Any approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
What do I do if my order is received in damaged condition?
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or other suitable support as per our Return and Exchange Policy.
What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery and share your order number along with photographs of the product received.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ensure that the correct product is shipped to you at no additional cost, subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.

I am based out of India and want to place an order for delivery in India. Can I do that?
Yes, absolutely. You can place an order from anywhere in the world and have it delivered to an address within India.
Simply enter the recipient’s Indian shipping address during checkout and complete the payment using any of the available online payment methods. Once the order is confirmed, it will be processed and delivered to the specified address as per our standard delivery timelines.
